    David has been licensed since 2015. Previously the Executive Broker at Keller Williams, David helped lead the highest volume team amongst all brokerages in Northwest Arkansas. Now with Realty + Design Co., David is proud to be part of a team that can be your Realtor of Choice when choosing your next home.

    Tia moved to Northwest Arkansas from Tampa, Florida in 2017 and fell in love with the area. She decided to make the move from accounting and began her real estate career in 2018, obtaining her Broker's license in early 2022. She loves helping families in their real estate journey and has built her business on communication, dedication, and trust.

  • Liz has built a successful career in real estate in NWA over the past several years. Liz's passion for her team and community drew her to start a real estate brokerage that has grown into Realty + Design Co. She was a founding partner of one of the top, award-winning home building companies. Liz led several divisions of the company including design and sales. She has worked in many aspects of the industry representing sellers, buyers, investors and as an interior designer. Liz is the proud mother of three children and when she is not working you will find her and her children enjoying everything that NWA has to offer, such as biking, art exhibits, local cuisine and supporting non-profits.
