Welcome to The Collective on Fifth in the Art & Market District of Bentonville, a vibrant area of downtown full of astonishing art, culinary delights, spirited culture and energetic people. Experience the art scene without even leaving the property by viewing our revolving art gallery by local artists. Northwest Arkansas is a collection of so many outstanding things, with the motto of "You Belong Here".
We kept all of this in mind while designing the interior spaces of this luxury short term rental. Using all of the natural light from massive windows to highlight the home was very important. We wanted guests to enjoy the art district buzz from inside over a glass of wine while generating interest from people outside walking from the coffee shop, The Momentary or the new Walmart Home Office. We went with neutral selections with the furniture, rugs, and bedding, allowing the local artists, featuring David Gomez, to bring in colors through their artwork. A few more pops of color were influenced by the green for our company - Realty + Design Co - and our founder's hot pink hair. Everything was thoughtfully done with luxury design in mind, all the way down to the utensil, pots and pans when you open a kitchen drawer.
