Our design team loved working with the architects to deliver outstanding luxury in a scaled down home for those looking to maintain high end living without the fuss. We also had the pleasure to provide interior design selections to show off how the spaces were meant to be used in the model home. We focused on the stunning features that the builder provided, including 12 ft ceilings and endless windows for an open feel filled with natural light, waterfall quartz island, peninsula and countertops, panoramic panel doors with a seamless indoor outdoor entertaining space leading to a private patio and al fresco dining, plus so much more. The team's input for the spacious chef’s kitchen included soft close cabinets with custom inserts and luxury tile to the ceiling (again at 12 feet), upgraded appliances, dry bar and a walk-in pantry with butcher block countertops for prep or office space all overlooking the formal dining room that easily holds 16 people around the table.
We outfitted the main bedroom suite with a queen canopy bed, oversized nightstands and large dresser to show scale as well as adding custom cabinet inserts, stunning fixtures and additional luxury polished tile to the ceiling in the attached oversized spa-like bathroom. The living area and patio were designed to melt together when the panoramic door is all the way open, providing so much seating and multiple dining areas.
